Grievance Policy

I agree to the following Membership Requirements *

I self identify as a Birth or Post Partum Doula, or a Doula in training.

I am an actively-practicing Doula or Doula in training, with a minimum of one client a year or intention to take at least one client in a year.

I understand that I will be expected to attend at least one official CTDA event before being added to the private Facebook Group (for new members only)

I will complete a minimum of 1 hour of personal or professional continuing education each year that will create self awareness for working with clients, colleagues and other professionals regardless of race, religion, cultural beliefs, gender identity, sexual identity, ability, ethnicity, or social class and develop deeper awareness in supporting marginalized birthing families.
